Step 1)
Group Workshop
In a GROUP setting, we first overview the professional development program details and work begin teaching the HOW TOs of uncovering, proving, cataloging, and connecting their professional value. The group dynamic is key in rapidly acquiring the skills needed to work independently. Each participant will be supported by Your Standout Brand’s online self-study course which includes our eBook, and exercises for learning the concepts applied in the 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Group sessions can last up to 2 hours. The number of sessions will depend on the number of team members in the program.
Step 2)
1-on-1 Coaching
Next, in the following weeks, we coach each participant PRIVATELY to write and refine effective, measurable goals connected to the strategy and tactics of your organization. Along with uncovering and cataloging their professional value, your talent will learn how to effectively, succinctly, and authentically communicate their abilities. In these private sessions, we have the opportunity for candid and trusted conversations key to unearthing your teams’ aspirations and experience to maximize the value for both your employee and your organization. There will be a minimum of five coaching sessions - four sessions leading up to the final presentation and one final wrap-up session post-final presentation. Individual sessions last up to 1 hour per session.
Step 3)
Final Presentation
Finally, with your executive management, we facilitate a highly-focused 20 minute conversation between each participant, you and your invited executive management team members. In this conversation, you will hear from the participants directly as they outline specific tactics, strategies and projects where they can deliver additional value for your organization. Included in this dialogue will be their short and long-term professional goals mapped to your strategic plan, as well as their taxonomy of value. The culmination of this conversation is a frank assessment of your talent’s complete professional value and aspirations so you can perform up-boarding and staffing decisions best suited to the goals of your organization. The Final Presentation is the only time when C-Class participation is required.
